The service

Votempo lets organizers create meeting-time polls, share them by link, collect votes, and finalize a time — optionally syncing the result to Google Calendar and managing a team workspace with its own branding and members. By creating an account or voting on a poll you agree to these terms.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under them.
• Meeting content (titles, descriptions, votes) belongs to you and your invitees; we claim no ownership and use it only to operate the service, as described in the privacy policy.
• Don't use Votempo to send spam, harvest email addresses, impersonate others, or host unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans

Team workspaces are a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; paid features stop at the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

Disclaimers

Votempo is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the service available and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Calendar syncing depends on Google's services and may be affected by their availability.

Termination and changes

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above, and continued use after a change means acceptance. Questions go to support@votempo.com.
